You’ll receive a confirmation email when we receive your application. If your skills match the requirements of the job, you may be contacted regarding the next steps. Please note only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview. Your application is confidential, the information you provide is only used for employment purposes. Your details will be treated confidentially in accordance with our privacy statement.
Our screening process
If your skills match the job requirements we will call you for a short phone screen. Depending on the outcome of the phone interview, your resume may be short listed and passed on to the hiring manager recruiting for the role. The hiring manager may decide whether or not to invite you for an interview in person.
What style of interview should I expect?
We use behaviour-based interviews. You may be asked questions designed to show previous patterns of accomplishments relevant to the role. You can usually expect to attend two rounds of interviewing.
You may be asked to provide two recent referees who can comment on your work behavior. The reference check interview is also based on the behavioural interviewing. You may also be required to attend a medical checkup.
Offer of employment
If you are offered the position we will send you a written offer of employment including the letter of offer and employment contract. We will then advise FESCO of your commencement with The George Institute, China. FESCO requires employees to undergo a physical health examination.
